Privacy & data.

Private website access

The presenter shares a private access password out of band. A successful sign-in sets one essential, signed, HttpOnly, same-site cookie for one hour. It contains only the website purpose, website origin and issue/expiry times; it contains no name, contact details, password or retailer credentials. It is not a shopper session or evidence of shopper behaviour.

Leave preview clears this browser’s cookie. The operator can revoke all existing access by rotating the website password or signing secret. Individual invitation identities and individual remote revocation are not implemented. Do not enter personal or sensitive information.

Browsing and technical logs

Search and filters use the local demonstration catalogue. Search terms appear in page URLs and may be included in ordinary server logs. The web server processes page and asset requests; any future hosting operator must review technical-log retention and POPIA responsibilities before use. No application analytics are collected or invented.

Separate future services

Retail Intelligence and any iNteract shopper technology connection are outside this website build and require separate authorisation and privacy review. This storefront does not call ARI, create QR activations, use Gemini or send product or guest data to iNteract.
